Terms and Conditions set out the expectations for the customer and Speech Therapy Warwickshire Limited . They ensure that both parties are protected in the unlikely event that a disagreement occurs. Please read the terms and conditions and contact us if you have any questions.

Invoice Payment Terms

All clients receive invoices for payment on a monthly basis from the email address noreply@writeupp.com.
Schools, businesses, solicitors and councils are to make payment to Speech Therapy Warwickshire LTD Sort Code 205744 Account Number 13596826 (Barclays) within 28 days of date on invoice.
Private clients are to make payment within 28 days of the date on the invoice by using the payment link provided on the invoice or by transferring direct to the bank account (details above) using their invoice number as a reference.

Cancellations

If a therapist needs to make a cancellation, the customer will be notified as soon as possible, and a refund or an alternative appointment date will be provided as soon as possible thereafter.
Cancellations by customers must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is not made, the client will incur a 100% charge.

Complaints

Please contact us if you feel that you have cause for dissatisfaction about any aspect of the service.

Safeguarding

All therapist have a current DBS certificate.
In the event of a safeguarding concern where the customer or customer’s child or another person is at risk of harm, the therapists have a legal obligation to share that information with relevant professionals in line with the Safeguarding Children’s Act.

Declaration

By accepting the above terms and conditions, the customer is agreeing the following:

I agree to Speech Therapy Warwickshire Limited’s invoice payment terms as outlined above.
I agree that therapists working for Speech Therapy Warwickshire Limited can liaise with other professionals when it is in my child’s best interests.
I understand that Speech Therapy Warwickshire Limited will be storing and processing personal information (please see Speech Therapy Warwickshire’s privacy policy).
