Our team of therapists support children with speech, language and communication difficulties, such as stammering, as well as speech, language and communication difficulties that are secondary to other conditions such as learning difficulties and hearing problems.

Our therapists deliver independent therapy services to children at our clinic, in their educational settings or at home.

All our therapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are members of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)

APPOINTMENT TYPES

CLINIC ASSESSMENT WITHOUT REPORT

Duration up to 60mins

This appointment includes:

parent/carer questionnaire and discussion
informal/formal assessment as appropriateverbal feedback and advice/recommendations

CLINIC THERAPY

Duration up to 60mins

This appointment can only be carried out after an assessment by one of our team or for children with ongoing treatment.
This appointment includes:

a direct therapy session
liaison time with parents/carers

CLINIC ASSESSMENT WITH SHORT REPORT

Duration up to 60mins

This appointment includes:

parent/carer questionnaire and discussion
informal/formal assessment as appropriate
verbal feedback with advice/recommendations
a short written evaluation report

DETAILED ASSESSMENT WITH REPORT

Duration up to 120mins

This appointment includes:

An assessment that can last up to two hours and may need to take place over two sessions.
Detailed analysis from formal assessments.
A written report includes evaluation and recommendations.

Please note: assessment and reports for EHCP tribunals are costed separately.

Therapy programmes and therapy review appointments are available to existing clients.
